Beautiful home in Italy...

Is it just me, or are homes with white walls and full of colorful accents and ethnic textiles
 tres chic right now?

Everything I would want in a house is conveniently here under one roof, in this lovely Aegean-styled home in Puglia, Italy. Let's take a peek inside, shall we?

These types of sitting areas remind me of the one my grandmother had in her backyard...We would grill some lamb under the pomegranite tree and have our afternoon teas in the shade of a nearby fig tree (after eating fresh figs, of course!) and then relax in the terrace area that resembled this one above. Isn't it funny how decor can bring back so many memories?

The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, with the silver tray repurposed as a kitchen table, the Morrocan lamp hanging above, and the arched doorway that is classic for this type of home. So serene...
I don't know if I could ever go this far with purple in my home, but I love the ambience it adds to the all white walls throughout the rest of the home.

What do you think of this Italian home?

Enjoy!
