Inspiring outdoor spaces...

Hello everyone, and welcome back!

Hope you had a relaxing weekend...Mine certainly was somewhat relaxing and somewhat hectic, but that's all part of life I guess, right?

For some time now I've been wanting to start a few projects around the house...One is getting a proper wardrobe for our bedroom, another is redoing the play-room for my daughter as a bedroom, and the last project that's been on my mind is decorating the balcony. Almost every apartment has a balcony here, and i's pretty useful during the spring and summer. I do love eating al fresco, and the existing balcony is big enough to accomodate that type of living. However I have absolutely nothing going on there, no chairs, no table, not even plants. I hope to make this area a pleasant outdoors dining and living area by keeping within my budget.

So I have rounded up some inspiration not only for myself but for you as well. Maybe you have an outdoor area, deck, or patio that requires some attention...

Also wanted to make sure I had some inspiring ideas related to herb gardens and planters. I really like the idea of growing your own herbs at home in a planter and adding freshly cut basil to your sauce, right from your very own balcony...
