Here's a quick post of a lovely country-style home in Stockholm...
I especailly liked the use of white, gray tones, and dark wood in this home.
Those Swedish grandfather clocks are so elegant, don't you think? And I would love to have the cupboard above painted a pretty dove gray in my home!
You know I love bookcases, and the one above is two IKEA expedits put side by side. This space, with the reading, the sectional sofa, and the fireplace, transforms a regular attic into an inviting and relaxing spot for the family to enjoy. And let's not forget the wonderful blue-toned oriental rug that gives wamrth and color to the area.
