A transformed apartment. ..

Hello everyone!

I'm finally back and hopefully will stay on track after an almost 4 week break...Sometimes everything that could possibly go wrong does, and after my computer broke down, my only 3 month old tablet suddenly quit on me a week later. Thanks to my tech-handy hubby though, he got it to work again yesterday and so today I start the new week with new hopes. Thanks for being patient!

So today I have a cozy little apartment transformed from an old church to start the week...

What makes this home special, apart from the beautiful cathedral windows and ceilings, is I think the warm colors, like taupe and cream, used throughout. The organic accessories, such as tbe woven baskets and the blonde colored table and counter tops add to the warm homey feeling in this home. The use of a handwoven rug and moroccan inspired silver colored trays give the home a bit of eclectic ethnicity it requires.  Also the use of wide wooden planks for the ceiling, walls, and flooring unifies the space and reminds us how modern yet rustic this combination can be.

How did you like this unique home?

Enjoy your day, and thanks for being patient!
